Any activate is more for with friends, and flow arts can be a great way to make friends too. One of my best friends i meet because of poi. Now we hang out all the time and spin poi together. We also do Partner poi. Which is when you spin poi together in sync. You can also do partner staff, juggling or anything. Here's some inspiration to not be a lonely juggler and go make some new friends!

Contact staff
Another great flow art that is easy to make at home. It is the same to make as making double staffs(watch video posted with double staff post) but instead of making two you make one long one. If you go to your local hardware store you can find replacement broom handles that work great. You may have to cut off the ends because of the attachment that goes on to the broom head, and the other end because it my be rounded. It is important to find one that is evenly balanced. Once you get one made get outside and start practicing! Become a Jedi master like this guy.

Hooping
Everyone has hula hooped as a child, and if you haven't you should defiantly try it. keeping it up is very hard at first and just keeping it up is not even half of it. The amount of tricks you can do with a simple hoop of multiple hoops is amazing. Also hoops are very easy to make at home. Here is a video on how to do so.
